Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof, and we will resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are completed within 7–10 business days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet, as applicable
